Requesting a Payout from Your Account
When you want to pull funds out, the withdrawal path mirrors the deposit side — same cashier panel, same wallet options. We route payouts back to the wallet you used to fund whenever that method supports it, which keeps things consistent and avoids confusion at the other end. Venmo and PayPal are the two methods we see used most for withdrawals. If
your account verification is current, there's nothing extra to do; if a document check is pending, the cashier will flag it before you submit so you're not left wondering why a request is sitting there.
- Step 1 — Open Withdrawal — Go to the Cashier tab and select Withdraw. The screen shows your available balance and any pending verification status.
- Step 2 — Pick a Payout Method — Choose PayPal or Venmo as your withdrawal destination. Play+ balances can also be withdrawn to the linked card.
- Step 3 — Enter Amount and Confirm — Set the withdrawal amount, review the summary screen, and confirm. You'll get an on-screen reference number to track the request.
- Step 4 — Verification Check — If your account documents are already on file and approved, the request processes. If not, you'll be directed to complete KYC first.
